Rules & Terms of Service

Hi, welcome! While Bewitching operates and serves as mostly my personal blog (rather than a typical forum), there are still some rules that must be followed if you post or create an account. These rules were created to ensure that Bewitching is a positive, friendly place for learning and sharing. These terms may be amended at any time so please review it regularly for any changes.

Code of Conduct

• Be respectful of others. No trolling, bullying, baiting, belittling, or flaming.
• This is drama free zone. Healthy discussion is encouraged, however, mean-spirited attacks, unduly critical/negative ranting, etc are not acceptable.
  
• No advertising or spamming on the boards or via PM.
• No duplicate accounts or account sharing is allowed. If you are having problems signing in, please ask for help rather than making a new account. Duplicate accounts will be deleted.

Content Policy

• Please remember that Bewitching is open to members 13 years old and older as well as guests of all ages. All content must be PG-13 or milder in order for Bewitching Boards to comply with Proboards Terms Of Service and Proboards Community Guidelines.
• Keep in mind that ProBoards "reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any content for any reason." Furthermore, Proboards list of prohibited content includes content that "is generally offensive or in bad taste, as determined by ProBoards."
• No abusive, defamatory, or threatening content.
• "Obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy or pornographic" content is not allowed on this forum.
• Material that "is libelous or defamatory, or violates the privacy or publicity rights of any third party" is prohibited.
• In order to ensure that Bewitching stays within Proboards's Guidelines, please do not post card imagery that contain nudity. While one could argue that it is artistic nudity, natural, etc, unfortunately Proboards does not allow it.

Posting Etiquette

• Stay on topic and use readable text.
• Respect copyright. Always credit the source and the author.
• If you wish to post something "spoilery" in regards to a new movie, book, etc, please use spoiler tags. A spoiler tag alerts others to the presence of the spoiler and give them the option of reading it or not.
• Please do not post content or images that contain profanity. If the [censored] flag appears in a post, this means that the word originally typed in is on the censored word list.

• The staff reserves the right to modify, move, or delete any content that is posted at any time, as well, as warn, suspend, or permanently ban users for violating the posting rules, Proboards Terms Of Service, or Proboards Community Guidelines.
• The staff does guarantee the accuracy, completeness, validity, or usefulness of any content that is posted.
• The views and opinions expressed by posters do not necessarily reflect the views and opinions of the forum or its owner. The staff does not endorse, nor is it responsible for, any information or links that are provided.
• Any photos or graphics posted are for entertainment, non-commercial purposes only. If you are the copyright holder and wish to see your content removed, please contact Glass Owl.

Canceling Your Account

• You may cancel your account at any time by clicking on the Profile link and then "edit profile." Under the settings tab, the "delete profile" link is located near the bottom of the page.
• Once an account has been deleted (either voluntarily or by staff) the profile information along with all identifying characteristics, current settings, and post count will be removed.
• The posts and the content within them will not be removed unless the content violates the rules.
